Marcel Puyk
Chief Executive Officer

Marcel joined Cellectivity Ltd in August 2005. Marcel has built up extensive experience of early stage and fast-growing enterprises, particularly in the area of technology. Prior to joining Cellectivity Marcel held CFO roles at Vizuri, a fast-growing IT risk management services provider; at the BBC, in a subsidiary set up to commercialise internally developed technology; and at GorillaPark, a leading pan-European incubator and investor in early stage technology companies across Europe. Prior to that Marcel was with KPMG as a senior consultant advising a range of multinationals on best practice finance operations. He started his career in Finance at Air Products & Chemicals Inc. Marcel is a Dutch national with a broad background in financial management and consulting roles.

David Tapsell C.Eng
Chief Operations Officer

David has over 27 years experience at a Senior Executive Level in Operations, Research & Development, and Project Management for established Global and start-up companies in the eCommerce, Internet and Mobile Telecommunications sectors. David has 20+ years experience in R&D Software Development and 7+ years in Commercial and Operational management. More recently David had been working in the start up and SME environment as a business consultant operating as COO/CTO for many young companies.

David holds a BTech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brunel University.

Udi Jacobi
VP Sales & Business Development

Udi has over 15 years of international sales, business development and project management experience predominately in the areas of value added services in the Telecommunication industry.

Before joining Cellectivity, Udi worked for In-Fusio, a mobile games company. As VP Sales & Project Management for EMEA and Latin America he led the team to achieve In-Fusio's dominant market position for mobile games in the telecommunications market.
Prior to In-Fusio, Udi worked at Emblaze Systems (AIM: BLZ) as a Regional Sales Director and previously to that as Director of Project Management. Before Emblaze Udi worked for Comverse Network Systems (NASDAQ: CMVT) as a project manager in the Asia Pacific/Australasia region.

Udi holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Yuval Mekler
VP Product Management

Yuval has considerable expertise in strategic and operational project planning gained as an IT consultant at United Management Technology Ltd.

Yuval has provided consultancy on over 80 projects for Nationwide Building Society including the preparation for transition to the Euro as well as the successful launch and implementation of an advanced capacity model, which underlay their B2C Internet services. As a consultant to JP Morgan, Yuval worked on the re-engineering and implementation of the bank's Equity Settlement system.

Yuval is a qualified air force pilot and has a BA in Business Administration, Finance and Information Technology from The School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv.

Lior Rudnik
VP Research and Developement

Lior has over 10 years in the software industry of which more than 6 in Mobile Applications. Lior brings wide experience of managing and delivering international, Telco. grade software at the fore front of technologies.

Before joining Cellectivity, Lior worked for LogiaMobile, a mobile content provider, as CTO and VP R&D. Prior to LogiaMobile, Lior worked for Comverse (NASDAQ:CMVT) as R&D Director in the Handset Software LOB. Before Comverse, Lior worked for SolidStreaming as Mobile Applications Group Manager. Lior started his career at Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC).

Lior holds a BSC in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University and a Technical Engineering degree from Ort Singalovsky college of Israel.

Eithan Ephrati
Founder

Eithan combines entrepreneurial acumen with considerable expertise in successful software design, development and implementation.

As Vice President and Ariba Inc (NASDAQ: ARBA) Eithan identified technical direction, monitored development and implementation and evaluated mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Eithan was c-founder and CTO of TradingDynamics where he developed a dynamic pricing trading platform acquired by Ariba. Before TradingDynamics, Eithan held a senior position at Amdocs Inc (NYSE: DOX) where he was responsible for IP Billing and Internet strategies. Eithan was a founder and Vice President of Research and Development and Agentsoft, where he developed and Implemented agent based Web automation technology. Agentsoft was acquired by Alcatel (NYSE: ALA).

Eithan hold a Phd, Msc and Bsc degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He is the author of over 30 publications in the field of artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems and game theory.
